Office ("the Office") provides a full range of legal services with
more than 30 years of experience in the field.
This experience includes representing individuals and corporate enterprises in
their daily legal issues and in cases before Egyptian courts.
The office is well known in litigation with an extensive experience in handling
cases in all fields before Egyptian courts.
In addition, the office also provides other integrated services as
consultation, and advising in corporate related matters including Employment
Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Companies Law, and international business
transactions.
With more than 10 practitioners, the Office provides legal services in Arabic
and English languages and is keen to deliver such services in high standard of
integrity and commitment.
Adel & Tharwat was first established by Mr. Adel & Tharwat Saad after
many years of experience as in-house lawyers advising and working as legal
consultants for a group of multinational companies and enterprises.
We represent both national and multinational corporations, in their different
legal issues and are keen to deliver our legal services with high standard of
quality.
