Fady Adel Saad

LL.M in International and Comparative Law, Robert H. McKinney School of Law -
Indianapolis 2012.
Mr. Fady has made his internship at one of the largest US law firms in Egypt
for almost a year were he gained the western culture before settling at Adel
& Tharwat Law Firm in 2011.
Mr. Fady has an extensive experience in advising and drafting all types of
contracts as he drafted, reviewed, and advised many corporate entities in their
contractual relations and represented a number touristic companies and
hotels.
Mr. Fady is experienced in performing due diligence as he performed a due
diligence for one of the leading potable water and wastewater companies in its
purchase deal with another Egyptian - German joint venture operating in the
same field.
Mr. Fady is considered a key player at the firm.
